Annoying Issue

Today i came and i saw 2 new guys called mynamemoshe and onepiece.
when i asked to play with me wogl they both joined and got kicked cuz noob gears. somepiece said join with me now ! and i said no i play wogl. so he said im leaving this shitty clan (both are elim playe with no ts for the record) and then whwen i said they are noobs they were 1v1 u scared ? snd noob mode this clan shit and spammed the chat with flames in hebrew.

Now what i wanna say is maybe before inviting every idiot without clan check if he has ts/ loves snd/ behaves like a mature?
cuz thats really pissing me off inviting random guys kids that ruin the clan repution.

1st rule to recruit --> NO KIDS.
They were, and there's no place in that clan for kids to me.

at least 15+

16 is better I think.
Of course exception too!

I always try to check how the behaviors of the recruits are.. But this may was a good lesson for our clan^^ now we see how people we don't know can be

And I don't know these 2 guys because I was inactive in the last 3~ days.. so i can't say more about it..
